How to Order
Order Online:
Each of our items provide an Add to Cart button. Items without an Add to Cart button are generally out of stock. We update our site regularly, therefore check back for items in stock that were previously out of stock.
- To place an order online, click the product image you desire.
Click add to cart, which will take you to your shopping cart. You may change the quanity in your shopping cart. Click update to reflect the changes. Adding items to your shopping cart does not commit you to buying it. After you add items in your cart, you can choose to place the order immediately or continue shopping.
If you're done with your order, proceed by clicking the checkout button (Follow the instructions on the screen to finalize your order). If you want to continue shopping, click the keep shopping link at the bottom left hand corner.

Return Policy
Customer Satisfaction is always our goal. It's My Story stand behind all of our products. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 15 days and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price. It's My Story will not refund your purchase if the item returned is not in resalable condition. Personalized or customized items are not returnable unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will provide a replacement of the item. No returns, refunds or exchanges on costumes or costume accessories. All engraved items, are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable. All personalized or customized items are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable. If we made an error on your order, please contact us immediately at 1-877-804-8612 or via email at orders@itsmystory.biz so that we can replace the items that we made an error on.
Shipping costs for all returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that packages be returned to us by UPS or FedEx or any other carrier that can track and insure its packages.
Please be sure to wrap your returns in the original packaging or equivalent material for safe shipping.
IMPORTANT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Call us toll-free at 1-877-804-8612 or email us at:
Returns@itsmystory.biz for your Return Authorization Number,(RA#).
- Wrap the items securely in the original packaging or the equivalent. Be sure to write the RA# on the outside of the package.
- Use the carrier of your choice to return the package. Be sure that the carrier you choose can track and insure your package.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping & Handling Fees are not refundable.
- If your original purchase qualified for FREE shipping and you choose to return any part of your order, you will still be responsible to pay for all shipping costs that were originally incurred to ship your order.
REMINDER: BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. MAKE SURE TO AFFIX THE RA# TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT AN RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#), DAMAGED, OR MORE THAN 15 DAYS AFTER THE RA# WAS ISSUED OR IN EXCESS OF THE 15 DAYS MAY BE REFUSED.

P.O. Boxes
We cannot ship items to a P.O. Box since we ship via UPS. Please provide a physical street address.
Overseas
We do not ship outside of the United States.
Accuracy of Address
Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete. If the address is incomplete it may delay receipt of the package.
